Boat Parking: All boats on trailers must be parked in our boat parking area.

Quiet Hours: 10 pm until 8 am

Clothes Lines: Not allowed.

Camp Fires: Not allowed. Approved contained fireplaces are allowed.

Fireworks: Not allowed.

Smoking: Not allowed in any building including cabins.

Site Numbers: Never guaranteed but we do our best to give you the site you ask for.

Generators: Not allowed – all sites have electric hookups.

Bicycles: Allowed but not to be ridden after dark.

Motor scooters: Not Allowed except those operated by handicapped drivers.

Motorbikes: Allowed but only to be ridden from entrance to site or cabin (licensed drivers only).

ATV’s & Four Wheeler Bikes: Not allowed.

Golf Carts: Allowed but only if owners provide the resort office with a copy of insurance policy. Nobody under the age of 18 years is to drive a golf cart. Driver must be licensed. Only golf carts with lights may be driven at night. $5.00 per day fee.

DEPOSIT: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card required immediately at time reservation is made. Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received. Call our toll free number for details.

CANCELLATIONS:

• Cancel Cabin reservation 31 days prior to arrival - full refund less $10.00 service fee (differs for groups)
• Cancel Cabin reservation 30 days or less up to 6 pm the day before arrival - Lose 1 night's rent (differs for groups)
• Cancel RV Site reservation 8 days prior to arrival - Full Refund less $10.00 service fee.
• Cancel RV Site reservation 7 days or less up to 6 pm the day before arrival - Lose 1 night's rent.
• Cancel Cabin or RV Site reservations for holiday periods - no refund at any time after payment received.
• Cancel a cabin or RV Site on the day of your arrival or simply not show up: No refund of any kind unless we are able to re-sell that cabin or site and if a refund is possible, one night's rent is still non-refundable.
• GROUPS/RALLIES/FAMILY REUNIONS
  • Cancel a cabin 61 days or more before arrival - full refund less $10.00 fee
  • Cancel a cabin 60 days or less - lose 1 night
  • Cancel a RV Site 15 days or more before arrival - full refund
  • Cancel a RV Site 14 days or less before arrival - lose 1 night.

AMENDMENTS:

• An amendment of a reservation for the same number of nights to a new arrival date is free of charge provided it is made at least 31days before the original arrival date (for cabins) or at least 8 days before the original arrival date (for RV Sites).
• An amendment to less nights is considered a cancellation of those nights now not being used so usual cancel policy applies.
  

FINAL PAYMENTS:

• Usually due prior to arrival and will be charged automatically if guest does not advise us of an alternative payment prior to the due date.
• Cabin reservations due 31 days prior to arrival (61 days for groups)
  
• RV Site reservations due 8 days prior to arrival (15 for groups)
  

MONTHLY GUESTS:

• Are allowed an additional personal vehicle over and above their camping unit.
• Are those who stay at least 30 consecutive days and use of the camping unit is restricted to those who own the unit. Owners of the unit must be on site whenever friends or relatives are staying.
• Are required to follow all rules and resort policies that are listed on the back of the resort map plus the separate list of rules that pertain specifically to monthly guests.
• Wishing to vacate their site:
  • Between May 1-Oct 1 are required to give the resort 30 days notice
  • Between Oct 1 and May 1 are required to give the resort 15 days notice of their intention to vacate.
• No refund for unused nights.
• Monthly rates (30 nights or more) only apply if guest stays a minimum of 30 nights or more.

DAY GUESTS

• Are required to register at the office before driving to the site or cabin. Registration is required for all visits no matter how short the stay is.
  • April 1 - Oct 1 and on all holidays & special events during the year: $10.00 per person, per day. Fee applies for any length of time over 20 minutes.
  • Oct 1 - April 1st: $5.00 per person for visits longer than 2 hours. Fee allows guest the optional use of all resort facilities.
    
• Allowed between 8 am and 10 pm - appropriate mirror tag must be displayed.
• Are only allowed into the resort if they have friends who are staying overnight at the resort.
• Day Guest Fee allows guest the optional use of resort facilities.
• May 1 - Oct 1 and on all holidays & special events during the year: $10.00 per person, per day. Oct 1 - May 1: $5.00 per person for visits longer than 2 hours.
• Day Guests’ Vehicles: If you have friends coming to visit you - please remind them of these fees (above/below). $5.00 fee applies for all vehicles towing a boat trailer at all times of the year. For day guests with no boat, a discount may apply between Oct 1 & April 1 except holidays and special event weekends.
• Between May 1 & Oct 1 and for all holidays & special events during the year: $5.00 per passenger vehicle.
• Between Oct 1 & May 1: Vehicles are free of charge except during holiday & special events when $5.00 fee applies.

ANIMALS: Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers or Akitas are not allowed at any time. A maximum of three animals of any kind is allowed per RV Site. No animals are allowed inside cabins.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you are arriving after 5 pm, please call us before 3 pm on your day of arrival and ask for our security gate code. This will allow you entry into the park. On arrival drive up the drive to our Late Arrivals mailbox at the stop sign and collect your arrival pack that has your name on it. Your arrival pack will give you directions to your site.

ADDITIONAL FEES & INFORMATION

• Additional passenger vehicles: $5.00 per day (in addition to vehicles included in the rent of site or cabin)
• Boats with tow truck: $5.00 per day at all times (fee includes boat ramp and/or boat parking)
• Vehicle including boats storage: $5.00 per day
• Vehicle including boats storage: $40.00 per month (fee includes boat ramp usage)

SAVE GAS:

$5 per day between 2 consecutive weekend stays (does not apply for longer periods).
Leave your camping unit on the same site if you reserve the following weekend.
Must reserve site for both time periods at the same time to ensure you get the same site!
Electric not included, unit must be unplugged from utility pole or additional $5 fee applies.
No-refunds if following reserved weekend is cancelled within 14 days of that arrival date.
Camping units will be towed away at owners expense if they no-show the following weekend!
