CABINS - IMPORTANT DETAILS

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

• Credit card required for all deposit - sorry no debit cards.
  • Reservations for holiday periods require full payment immediately.
    Reservations for non-holiday periods require one night’s rent at time of reservation.
• Occupant of the cabin must show valid credit card number at time of arrival.
• Credit card owner is required to sign a security deposit agreement at check in time.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• All cabins are fully furnished including satellite TV and DVD and have cooking and eating utensils including coffee maker based on the maximum number of guests allowed.
• Limited soap and paper products (bathroom & Kitchen) are supplied only for stays up to 21 nights maximum (Additional paper products can be purchased in the store if necessary).
  
• One bedroom cabins have a queen size bed in the bedroom and a double size sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy of 4 people and 1 vehicle.
• Two bedroom cabins have a queen size bed in each bedroom and a double size sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy of 6 people and 2 vehicles.
  
• One bedroom with loft cabin has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a double size sofa bed in the living room and a queen size mattress on the floor in the loft. Maximum occupancy of 6 people and 2 vehicles.
• Bare Bones Cabins: Available during winter months only - Only furniture, cooking and eating utensils are supplied.
• Stays 22 nights or longer - Linen, towels, blankets, pillows, soap, paper towels are not supplied but linen packs (Linen & towels) can be rented for $10.00 per month but renter does own laundry.
• Utilities are included.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

• We do not supply blenders.
  
• There is no daily maid service.
  
• Linen is replaced only if you stay 7 nights or more up to a maximum of 21 nights.
• Please bring beach towels - towels in cabins are not to be taken outside or to be used for cleaning cabin.
  
• Stays 22 nights or longer - Linen, towels, blankets, pillows, soap, paper towels are not supplied but linen packs (pillows, linen, blankets & towels) can be rented for $5.00 per month but renter does own laundry. Linen packs do not include beach towels for use at pool and hot tub.

DISCOUNTS:

• Discounts do not apply to reduced rates between October 1st and May 1st.
• Discounts do not apply to holiday or special event periods.
• Stay 6 nights, get 7th free offer must be used for consecutive nights and not during winter months.
• Stay 6 nights, get 7th free offer only applies to stays of 21 nights or less.
  

MONTHLY STAYS:

• Monthly rates (30 nights or more) only apply if guest stays a minimum of 30 nights or more.
• Monthly rates do not apply for stays between May 1st and October 1st.
• No refund for unused nights of a monthly stay.
• Monthly stays are never to be considered a lease or a home address - all stays are to be considered temporary.

DESCRIPTION OF CABINS

• 5 one-bedroom, waterfront cabins (Cabin names: The Great Divide, Moon Dance, Angel Fire, Big Sky & Blazing Star)
• 1 one-bedroom with loft, waterfront cabin (Cabin name: Apache Kid)
• 1 two-bedroom, waterfront cabin (Cabin name: Pontiac)
• 3 one-bedroom, hillside cabins (Cabin names: Firebird, Peacemaker, Ten Little Indians)
• 1 one-bedroom, hillside cabin, equipped for handicapped guests (Cabin name: Paleface)
• 1 two-bedroom, hillside cabin (Cabin name: Cloud 9)
• 2 one-bedroom, field cabins (Cabin names: Crazy Horse, Sitting Bull) These 2 cabins are not available at this time.
• Hillside cabins are located about half way between the pool and the lake.
• Waterfront cabins are located a very short walk to the beach and lake and all look out across the lake.
• Hillside cabins are located on a gentle slope only about a 1 minute walk from the Waterfront cabins.

No animals inside any cabin at any time except animal friendly "Cabin 11 Paleface" and they are never to be tied up outside any cabin.

No smoking inside any cabin.

ONE NIGHT STAYS MAY BE AVAILABLE DURING WINTER MONTHS & SUMMER WEEK NIGHTS - EXCEPT HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL EVENTS!
